Terms and Conditions
Wishing to devote myself fully to the people I support, while preserving my quality of life and a respect for my practice, this cancellation and lateness policy lets me respond quickly to your needs and maintain an excellent relationship together.
Every missed or last-minute cancelled appointment is a loss of availability for other people, as well as for me. Out of respect for everyone, it is therefore important to cancel your appointment at least 48h in advance.
That said, last-minute surprises happen! We can't anticipate everything. Contact me to let me know and we can see what is possible or not depending on the case.
Lateness to an appointment
For a delay of 15 minutes or less, no problem. The session can take place in full.
For a delay of more than 15 minutes without notice,it won't be possible to compress the time. The appointment will be cancelled, and the session will not be refunded.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment more than 48 hours in advance
Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice incurs no fee, and is fully refunded in the case of a cancellation.
With one exception: a cancellation for a Vibrational Illustration appointment. In this case, I begin creating the illustration well before the appointment and devote several hours to it.
If you wish to reschedule the appointment within this timeframe, there is no fee.
If you decide to cancel it, the amount for creating the Vibrational Illustration ($222 CAD) will not be refunded. Only the remainder of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancelling an appointment less than 48 hours in advance, or not showing up
Out of respect for my time and for clients waiting for an appointment, appointments cancelled or postponed with less than 48 hours' notice are not refunded.
In the event of a no-show at an appointment, the appointment is considered cancelled and is not refunded.
Alternative in cases of a delay over 15 minutes or being unable to attend the appointment
Life's ups and downs mean that sometimes we can't plan 48 hours ahead or avoid being late.
For fairness, depending on the type of session, and if I'm notified of your lateness or absence before the session, it's possible for me to perform the energy transmissions (Harmonization, Purification and Release) remotely, without your presence. It works just as well.
You will then just need to:
- share with me, before the appointment time, your intentions and the issues you would have liked to discuss in session;
- and give me your consent for me to perform these sessions this way (out of respect for your free will).
After the session, I'll then send you a summary of what was done and any information and messages I may have received for you.
Cases where I can’t hold a session without being able to notify you at least 48 hours in advance
In the event that I'm unable to hold a session at the last minute and can't notify you more than 48 hours before the appointment:
- the session is fully refunded to you;
- and if you wish to reschedule an appointment, I offer you a 33% discount on the session price.
